We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Ayeshasabaya purchase.

Our Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery only in the following situations:

• The product you received is faulty .
• The product is significantly different from the product shown in its picture or description.
• You received a different abaya or item from the one you ordered.
• The product does not fit and you need a different size.

Returns for reasons other than a faulty product, an incorrect item, or a size issue are not accepted. Refunds are not offered under this policy.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Share your order number and explain the issue clearly.
3. For a faulty, incorrect, or significantly different product, include clear photographs or a short video showing the issue.
4. For a size issue, tell us the size you received and the size you need.
5. Wait for our team to confirm the exchange request before sending anything back.

Important Information

• Exchange requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.
• Please keep the product, tags, and packaging in their original condition until your request has been reviewed.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used may not qualify for an exchange unless the issue is a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item was sent.
• All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Ayeshasabaya.
