• Order processing usually takes 1–2 working days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within Pakistan.

• Delivery time may vary depending on your city, location, or courier service.

• Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

• Any extra charges for remote areas will be informed in advance.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas.

• Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

• Ayesha’s Abaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

6. Damaged Packages

• If you receive a damaged package, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear pictures or video evidence to help us resolve the issue quickly.

7. Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared with customers where available.

• Customers can contact us for order updates if tracking is not provided.
