1. Exchange Time Frame

• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.

2. Eligible Items for Exchange

An item is eligible for exchange if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging are intact

3. Non-Eligible Items

Exchange will not be accepted if:

• The item is used, washed, or altered

• The issue is due to color difference (minor color variation may occur due to lighting or screen settings)

• The exchange request is made after 3 days

4. Exchange Process

• To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Share your order number and clear pictures or video of the product.

• Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Shipping for Exchange

• Shipping charges for exchange may apply and will be communicated in advance.

• Ayesha’s Abaya is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
